Breakfast
Served until 11:00 a.m.
Grab ‘N Go Jr. Breakfast Burrito: Scrambled eggs, chorizo, onions, bell peppers and Cheddar Jack cheese, all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla.
Grab ‘N Go Jr. Breakfast Sandwich: Scrambled eggs with bacon, sausage or ham, served with American cheese on English muffin or butter croissant.
Breakfast Quesadilla: Scrambled eggs, Cheddar Jack cheese and choice of bacon, sausage, chorizo or ham on a flour tortilla.
Chuckwagon Pancakes: Three fluffy pancakes with warm syrup and your choice of bacon or sausage.
The Golfer’s Breakfast: Two eggs, cooked any style. Served with bacon, sausage or ham, with home friend potatoes and your choice of toast.
Huevos Rancheros: Three eggs, cooked any style, smothered with green chili sauce. Served with home fried potatoes, over a flour tortilla and topped with melted Cheddar Jack cheese and homemade salsa.
Mountain Omelet: Served with home fried potatoes, toast and your choice of any three ingredients.

Lunch
Grab ‘N Go Burger: 1/3lb Angus burger grilled to your liking. Served with lettuce, tomato, onion and your choice of cheese. Served with your choice of chips.
Grab ‘N Go Hot Dog: 1/4lb all beef hot dog with your choice of ketchup, mustard, pickle relish and onion. Served with your choice of chips.
Chicken Strips: Four fried chicken tenderloins. Served with French fries and ranch dressing.
Chicken Wings: Lightly battered chicken wings, fried and tossed in buffalo sauce. Served with vegetable sticks and ranch or bleu cheese dressing.
Quesadilla: A flour tortilla with grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, avocado and Cheddar Jack cheese. Served with sour cream and homemade salsa. Fresh sliced jalapenos upon request.
Chicken Caesar Salad: Italian-style marinated grilled chicken breast, served on top of classic Caesar salad.

Sandwiches
All sandwiches served with a pickle spear and your choice of French fries, homemade kettle chips, pasta salad, fresh fruit or coleslaw.
Valley Sandwich: Your choice of smoked turkey or honey ham, Cheddar or Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Served on your choice of sliced bread or wrapped in a flour tortilla.
Red Rock Reuben: Thinly sliced corned beef with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. Served on rye bread.
Philly Cheesesteak: Tender Philadelphia-style cooked beef, with caramelized onions, peppers and mushrooms. Topped with Swiss cheese and served on a warm French steak roll. Also available with chicken breast.
