Ladies’ Club
The Silverstone 200 Ladies’ Club offers a chance for members to break the everyday monotony of playing by providing competition and camaraderie. The Ladies’ Club is flexible enough to accommodate even the busiest of schedules. With regular groups that play either on Tuesdays or on Weekends members have the ability to play when it is most convenient for their busy schedules.
HOLE-IN-ONE CLUB. The hole in one club is a prize pool for any Ladies Club member who scores a hole in one for any Weekend Ladies Club event, Tuesday play day, Member/Member, Club Championship, or Ladies Invitational. In the event that a member scores a hole in one, they will receive a gift certificate for the total amount in the pot. Once the prize pool is distributed, each Ladies Club member will automatically be billed to replenish the prize pool. Should there be
funds still in the pot at the end of the year, the remaining balance will be added to the yearend prize pool and distributed accordingly.
Tuesday Ladies’ group
The Tuesday Ladies Club events are held every Tuesday throughout the year. Starting times will vary through the year based on the season.
DUES. The entry fee for the 2014 Tuesday Ladies Club will be $50, regardless of the time of year joined. Entry fee includes: first entry into the Hole-in-One Club, year end awards and ceremony for the Weekday group.
POINT SYSTEM. A yearlong individual points system will be accumulated and paid out at the year end luncheon for Golf Shop credit. Points will be awarded for Tuesday Ladies Club based on placement in game days and game attendance.
GAME DAYS. Game Days will be held on the third Tuesday of every month beginning on February 18th. Those who sign up will be assigned a partner(s) based on the game. One point will be given for each player who participates in the game.
HANDICAPS. Handicaps will be monitored by the Golf Shop and handicap committee. For game days, players will use their lowest index over the past 6 months for each event. All players will play from the Green tees (unless stated differently by the rules of the game). Adjustments may be made at the Ladies Club committee’s decision throughout the year.
EVENT REGISTRATION. Players must enter by signing up in the ladies locker room. Game Day signup sheets will be collected by Sunday at 5:00 p.m. prior to the game to determine pairings.
Weekend Ladies Group
DUES. The entry fee for the 2014 Weekend Ladies Club will be $25, regardless of the time of year joined. Entry fee includes: challenge cup, fi rst entry into the hole-in-one club, yearend awards and ceremony for the Weekend group.
THURSDAY NIGHT PAIRING PARTIES. Each Thursday night prior to a Weekend Ladies Club event, a pairing party will be held at 6:00pm. Happy hour specials will be available to include food and drinks. A brief presentation by the Golf Shop will be provided to discuss the event format and answer any questions.
EVENT BREAKDOWN. The entry fee will be $15 for each event.
- $10 for weekly game paid out in Golf Shop credit
- $5 will go toward the year-end party and payouts/additional pots.

The field for each event will be broken down into flights based on handicap index (Golf Shop reserves the right to change the number of flights based on participation). Points will be awarded to the top 4 finishers in each flight. The year end points champion is based on total points accumulated throughout the year earned from each Weekend Ladies Club event in any flight.

- 2nd Place: 80
- 3rd Place: 60
- 4th Place: 40
Additional points may be awarded each time the member participates in a Ladies’ Club event and/or attends a Pairings Party.

EVENT REGISTRATION. Players must sign up online by 5:00 p.m. the Wednesday prior to the event. Sign up will not be taken through the Golf Shop. A player must cancel outside of 24 hours or be charged a $5 fee. Guest and juniors are not allowed to participate in Ladies’ Club events; however, they are allowed to play based on space availability. Guests may only play once per season.
